Job summary

Stryker Group in the United States is seeking a hands-on team lead to support surgical procedures and pre/postoperative equipment management. You will guide daily operations, lead huddles, and serve as the point person to ensure OR efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and compliance, coordinating with cross-divisional teams to optimize account performance and process improvements while mentoring junior specialists.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
• Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.
• Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
• Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
• Excellent equipment problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day operational support to account.
• Lead and participate in hospital huddles; direct day-to-day function to ensure OR efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage charge sheets and billing for account.
• Provide in-service training and onboard new employees.
• Support SPD & OR and surgeon preference knowledge and onboarding/compliance tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance requirements for the team and account.
• Lead Program Management activities within the account.
