Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Team Lead to direct day-to-day functions of the OnSite team, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity while driving customer satisfaction. The role partners with account stakeholders, cross-divisional teams, and surgeons to improve outcomes and account performance.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, credentialing, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Travel and rotating shifts may be required, with a monthly smartphone stipend offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to OnSite team to meet daily customer expectations.
• Build onboarding guide and tailor it to each new hire’s learning style.
• Escalate performance and behavioral concerns to Regional Supervisor.
