Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes and grow Intuit’s presence locally.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, build relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts to attract new clients while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site availability at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
