Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return prep and advice, leveraging TurboTax tools to deliver accurate results and friendly service.

The role combines tax expertise with community outreach, helping grow the local client base while providing a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week; weekends may be required.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes; state licenses or bonds may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and personalized service.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and outreach.
