Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local client relationships and driving loyalty.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, on-site service, and community engagement, with a focus on growing Intuit’s local presence and client base through proactive outreach and marketing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Proven tax preparation experience with 3+ years.
• PTIN current and valid; state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Support in-person customers at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Build local client relationships and drive referrals and loyalty.
