Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers as a trusted advisor.

This role emphasizes community outreach and growing a local client base, with marketing support and growth opportunities. You must reside in the United States and be prepared to work onsite, delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax law knowledge.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes and prior state licenses/certifications as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships both in-person and via tools.
