Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in person. You will also help grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, establish long-term relationships, and contribute to marketing efforts with your tax expertise and community presence.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with EA/CPA/attorney preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and PTIN on file.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for TurboTax customers and provide tax advice.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class in-person customer experience using TurboTax tools.
