Job summary

Intuit Careers in the United States is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client outcomes.

You’ll grow your local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships. A strong knowledge of tax rules and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours per week, with training and compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear uniforms and represent Intuit in marketing and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, amendments, and tax planning opportunities for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
