Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes and advise clients onsite at a TurboTax location. You will serve personal and small business clients, uncover deductions, and drive year‑round engagement with the local community.

You will collaborate closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services, delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with a community-first approach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and grow referrals through community outreach.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and clear, personalized guidance.
