Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate personal and business taxes while engaging with a broader team of specialists.

The role emphasizes building local client relationships, cross-selling Intuit solutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a collaborative, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services; training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Build trusted relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communications.
