Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax situations while promoting local community engagement. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and leveraging Intuit technology to grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite per week (min 20 hours), weekends as needed.
• Willing to build a local/online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and long-term relationships.
