Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations as on-site Retail Experts. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers using TurboTax software.

Build trust with clients and grow the local customer base through proactive community engagement. You’ll work on-site, support from TurboTax marketing, and participate in local events to drive referrals, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions in

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN actively held as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and complex deductions while using TurboTax software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships in the local community.
