Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized advice.

You will engage with customers, build trust, and expand the client base through local outreach and marketing support. The role is non-exempt, on-site, and involves working in a retail environment while helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax retail/flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and engage with prospects and existing clients.
