Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships with customers and the community. You’ll be a proactive ambassador, representing TurboTax locally, while leveraging marketing support and tools to build a thriving business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
