Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role serves in-person customers, providing tax expertise and software support for TurboTax products.

You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax advice, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and tools to build a thriving local presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and build a local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
