Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and represent Intuit in community engagements while delivering personalized service and value through the full Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location for 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Represent Intuit in local community events and online marketing efforts.
