Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, handling a wide range of personal and business tax scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, act as a community ambassador, and ensure high-quality service through

Formación

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Experience with professional tax preparation software and Circular 230 familiarity
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Handle a range of tax situations from personal to business income and deductions
• Drive local growth by building relationships and organizing community events
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
