Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing comprehensive tax preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with specialists to address business and personal tax scenarios and help grow the local client base through community outreach.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, end-to-end client experience, with training provided and uniform requirements. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and guide clients through their financial needs.
