Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will combine tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. Onsite at a TurboTax location, you will provide full‑service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with colleagues across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimise tax liabilities, maximise refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional demeanor.
