Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles across the United States. You will provide tax advice, complete preparations, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services, while building a local client base and community presence.

Women and men with CPA/EA credentials, strong tax knowledge, and a passion for service will thrive in a collaborative office environment. Local market growth opportunities and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite in TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–5:00.
• Must wear provided uniform; advertising usage allowed.
• Interest in building local and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with team collaboration.
