Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and specialist guidance at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive local growth, and connect clients with Intuit’s full spectrum of services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role requires onsite presence and a passion for helping customers achieve financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
