Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a United States location. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You’ll work onsite with customers, help navigate complex tax scenarios, and extend services such as bookkeeping or payroll as you upskill. A community-friendly, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to cover the client’s full financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Attend training to Upskill into additional service areas and stay compliant with policies.
