Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for clients at on-site locations across the United States. You’ll work closely with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and personalized financial guidance.

You’ll also drive local growth, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools and resources to support community engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Engage in local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships to build a client base.
• Link clients to complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear, relatable tax guidance.
