Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You’ll combine tax knowledge with community engagement to deliver end-to-end tax services and build lasting relationships with clients. You’ll work with a network of specialists, provide hands-on tax preparation and planning, and help grow our local TurboTax presence through events and referrals, with strong support from marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base and sustain growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
