Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation at our Illinois locations. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for end-to-end service.
Build long-term client relationships and drive local market growth.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
