Intuit seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver high-quality tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations. You will serve both in-person and online clients, integrate with a broader team of tax and financial professionals, and grow your local client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, personalized client consultations, and collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Introduce clients to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training and compliance meetings as required.
