Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping and advisory services.

You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on community engagement and marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge and laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Complete training requirements and wear Intuit uniforms as directed.
• Interest in local community presence and online content creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns for clients.
• Grow local client base with outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience with teammates.
• Maintain high client service standards and respond to inquiries.
