Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers and help grow the local client base. You’ll act as a community ambassador, leading local marketing efforts and delivering an outstanding customer experience by explaining tax concepts clearly and applying them to each client’s situation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert; English/Spanish skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for a range of tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals and build trust for long-term relationships.
