Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and software support.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and calculations, helping clients navigate complex tax situations in everyday language. You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base by engaging the community, nurturing relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
