Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, helping clients with tax preparation and advisory services.

You will serve as a trusted guide, handling personal and small business scenarios, expanding local client base, and coordinating with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or attorney with tax expertise preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into broader service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office during standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep for TurboTax clients, including personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in both in-person and virtual meetings, utilizing Intuit tools.
