Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, advise clients, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes building a local client base, hosting community events, and leveraging marketing tools to drive growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri during peak periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end solutions.
