Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end solutions.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term relationships. The role requires strong tax knowledge, PTIN, and a willingness to learn additional services, with the support of Intuit’s

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20 hours per week and attend required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns and related planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem and complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.
