Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide end-to-end service.

You will actively grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and use TurboTax marketing tools to drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of filing 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
• Must complete required training and development
• Uniforms provided and ability to be used for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address needs
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and guide them to the right services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
• Engage with customers to turn transactions into long-term relationships
