Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns on-site and help customers use TurboTax software. You will work with a team of financial professionals, deliver personalized tax guidance, and grow the local client base through community outreach.

You’ll coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a complete financial picture for each client. On-site hours and in-person engagement are key.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect client needs to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Build lasting relationships to convert one-time clients into multi-year partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and clear guidance.
