Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios with clear explanations.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists, grow the local client base, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for year-round support.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base and fostering referrals and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, connecting them to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
