Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands‑on tax advice and full‑service return preparation for in‑person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team to address personal and business tax needs, grow the local client base, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. This is a nonexempt, onsite role with hours likely expanding during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Engage clients in person and via Intuit video tools, ensuring clear tax guidance.
