Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering tax expertise and in-person/virtual client support. You will handle full-service tax return preparation and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll grow local business, engage with the community through events, and collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
