Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and development as required by the business.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business returns.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
