Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team in a tax-location role. You will deliver on-site and virtual tax services with accuracy and a customer-first mindset.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will build relationships, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients to broader Intuit services for year-round support.

You will help grow the local client base while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office with consistent hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
