Intuit, maker of TurboTax, seeks onsite Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return prep and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work closely with a team, expanding the local client base and guiding customers through the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA/attorney credentials, have PTIN, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and are willing to upsell and participate in ongoing training.

Formación

• EA or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep (30+ federal/state 1040s).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must complete required training and adhere to company policies.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with clients in person and via video tools; answer inquiries.
