Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice and prepare returns, while expanding the local client base and coordinating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will engage with customers in person and virtually, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios, with opportunities to upsell complementary services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in person and via Intuit tools.
