You will build a local client base, engage the community, and participate in marketing efforts with TurboTax tools, while providing year-round support and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and local events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
