Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in-person and virtually.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, organize community events, and connect customers with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training, wear uniforms and participate in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, and referrals to build the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with clients to understand complete financial picture and plan accordingly.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and community presence.
