You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while linking clients with a broader team of specialists for comprehensive financial services.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
