Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Maryland. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support for individuals and small businesses.

You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service, while growing the local client base and fostering lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising with name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and genuine care.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
