Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll serve in-person customers, provide comprehensive tax return preparation and advice, and use TurboTax software to support clients.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, attracting new clients and building long-term relationships in the community with marketing support. This is a non-exempt, onsite role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; 20+ hours per week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment; wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and build a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools and services.
