Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, deliver accurate tax solutions, and provide exceptional service in a friendly retail environment. You will represent TurboTax in the community, build relationships, and leverage marketing support to expand your practice while maintaining compliance and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers using TurboTax products.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
