Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist customers in-person with TurboTax products while building a local client base and community presence.

You’ll engage with clients, deliver personalized tax solutions, and contribute to growth through in-store and local marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, ~20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and resources to grow local client base.
