Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trusted relationships in the local community. This role emphasizes proactive community engagement, local marketing involvement, and delivering a best-in-class experience while adhering to Intuit’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience through professionalism and clear communication.
