Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, including Columbus, OH. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while actively growing the local client base and connecting clients with Intuit's ecosystem of services.

Applicants should have active PTIN, 3+ years of individual 1040 experience, and willingness to train across Intuit offerings.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/picture.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and engage with local events and networks.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
